Filters Unlimited - Image Enhancement

Graphics Plus - Weaver

 Foreground  #5c5858
 Background #000000

Make a foreground - background gradient

1. New transparent image 800 x 750

2. Flood fill with the gradient

3. Open 291city.pspimage
4. Edit copy - close original

5. Edit paste - as new layer
6. Effects - geometric effects - skew - 20 vertical
Place on the upper left
Opacity 70%

 Open 293city.pspimage

Edit copy - close original
Edit paste - as a new layer

Effects -  geometric effects - skew - 25 horizontal

Place on the bottom left

Opacity 70%

Open Giada_tribute_salvador_dalì.pspimage

Edit copy  - close original

Edit paste as a new layer
Effects - geometric  effects -  skew - 30 vertical
Image  - resize 65%  - all layers unchecked
Blend mode - luminance legacy
Opacity 20%
*see main image for placement

Open scenery by SigfriedLopez(6)-misted by dragonblu0108.pspimage

Edit copy  - close original

Edit paste as a new layer

Effects - geometric effects - skew - 30 vertical

Effects - Illumination effects - lights - fill flash preset

 #1 on the 1-5 on the left bottom

Opacity - 84%

Place in the middle of the upper image

Edit copy  - close original
Edit paste - as a new layer
Blend Mode - luminance legacy
Place on the right
Layers - merge all - flatten
Effects - filters unlimited - Image Enhancement
contrast Enhancement by Overlay

Edit copy this main image
Add border 45 #000000
Select magic wand
Edit paste the copied image into selection

Effect 3D - dark shadow
Keep selected
Effects - geometric effects - skew - 25 vertical - transparent

Effects - 3D dark shadow

Selections - selection - defloat
Selections - modify - contract selection - contact 20
Keep selected
Effects -  Graphics plus - weaver - 9-30

Effects - 3D - Chisel 2 -  #000000
Selections - selection none

Image add borders - 5 pixels #000000

Open font - TomViolence minimize to the taskbar
use gradient as color

Type city gal size 65

Layers - convert to raster layer

Layers- merge all - flatten

Add watermark & resize

 Save as JPEG
