Import brushes to psp brush folder

Add the filters to the psp plug-in folder

 Minimize font to the taskbar

1. New transparent image 750 x 650

2.  Foreground color #174a58  

3. Background color #112c35

4. Selection - Selection - select all

5. Open cebackground graphic

6. Shift D close original use copy
7. Edit copy - edit paste into selection

8. Selection - select none
9. Effects - screen works - dot screen

*dot screen will be under Screen works and not  Cybia*

10. Layer - new Layer

11. Select brush tool  +Japanesefoliage30.pspbrush
12. Click left corner

13. Opacity 60%

14. Layer - new raster layer
15. Change the brush tip to +Japanesefoliage25.pspbrush
16. Image - mirror and move to the lower right side
17. Opacity 44%

***You can use either of foreground or background colors.

Right click will give one and left the other.

Experiment to see what you like the best. I used both as the

colors are very similar. The brushes are the correct size

no adjustment needed.*** 

18. Layer - new  raster layer
19. Change to  brush sheisshido3.PspBrush
20.Click in the upper right corner
21. Opacity 54%

22. Layer  duplicate

23.  Image - Mirror
24. Place a little lower on the left side

25. Open cedreams.pspimage
26. Shift D close original use copy

27. Edit copy - edit paste as a new layer
28. Move toward the top of the background image

29. Effects - VanDerLee - UnPlugged X - hilight

50. Layer - convert to raster layer
51. Blend mode multiply

52. Layer - Merge all flatten

53. Add watermark

54. Resize if needed

55. Save as .jpg
