This tutorial was written in PSP 9

Also tested in X2

 

 Material supplied here

 

Add the filters to the PSP plug-in folder

Fm tools here

Add the brushes in to the psp brush folder

Add the texture to the psp texture folder

 

 

1. New transparent image 850 x 800

2. Foreground #00000

3. Background #333333

 

4. Flood fill  new image with #000000

 

5. Selections - select all

6. Layers - new raster layer
 

 

7. Open - fantasy 21.2.07

8. Edit copy - close original

9. Edit paste -into selection

10. Selections - select none

11. Image - resize 75% all layers unchecked

12. Blend mode - luminance legacy

13. Place on the upper left side

 

14. Open  - Warrior.pspimage

15. Edit copy - close original

 16. Edit paste - as a new layer

17. Image - resize 90% all layers unchecked

 18. Move to the bottom left side

 

19. Open - longing.pspimage

20. Edit copy - close original

 21. Edit paste - new layer

22. Move to the upper right side

 23. Opacity 86%
 

 

24. Open - maid.pspimage

25. Edit copy - close original

 26. Edit paste - as a new layer

27. Opacity 36%

 

 

28. Open  - 1mist.pspimage

29. Edit copy - close original

30. Edit paste - as a new layer

31. Effects - Unlimited 2 - Render - Difference Clouds


32. Layers - duplicate

33. Layers - select the duplicated layer

34. Opacity 66%

35. Effects - texture effects - texture

36. Select - HCT003-heiwa-peace.jpg

 

 37. Layers - merge all - flatten

 

38. Image - add borders - 40 #000000

39. Select magic wand

 

40. In materials palette

#00000 foreground
#333333 background


41. Make a gradient

 

42. In tools selection - select  - brush asian-symbol00

43. Left click around the border  frame edges

44. *Play with the right click & left to get the
desired effect on the border*

 

45. Effects - 3D dark shadow

 

46. Effects - FM Tools - Wrinkle emboss

 

47. Selections - select none

 

 

48. Layers - new raster layer

49. Select - brush  - sherry-chinese1

50. Right click in the bottom right corner
 

 

51. Add watermark & resize

52. Save as JPEG
